Job Description
A Floating Maintenance Technician performs a wide range of maintenance, repair, and grounds-keeping duties for the community under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities may include painting, snow removal, gutter cleaning, replacing filters, working with trash compactors, plumbing, light bulb replacement, A/C maintenance, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities for a Floating Maintenance Technician with Bell Partners may include:
1. Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, snow removal, and gutter cleaning
2. Responding to all repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff
3. Reporting equipment malfunctions and breakdowns
4. Maintaining resident privacy
5. Ensuring that all maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 18 years of age, a high school degree or equivalent, and an understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values. Previous maintenance experience in a similar facility is preferred, as is basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. You will also need excellent oral and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, and availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
