POSITION: Retail Service Associate

SHIFT: Swing

DESCRIPTION:

As a Retail Service Associate, you will serve as the welcoming face of our establishment and play a vital role in our customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our valued patrons. This includes assisting customers with their purchases, managing cash and credit transactions, restocking merchandise, and upholding the cleanliness of the store. We seek an individual who is personable, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers warmly and professionally.
2. Operate cash registers and manage cash transactions.
3. Process payments and provide accurate change.
4. Restock shelves with products.
5. Receive and store incoming inventory.
6. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
7. Assist customers with product inquiries and selections.
8. Maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
9. Adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
10. Address customer complaints with professionalism.
11. Process incoming stock efficiently.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and register balancing
- Ability to operate retail equipment such as scanners

- Stamina to stand for extended periods

- Skills in stocking shelves and rotating merchandise
- Basic math proficiency

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

FULL TIME / PART TIME: Full-Time and/or Part-Time

STARTING WAGE: $14.00
