Key Responsibilities
  • Present products and services to customers and complete the sales process with qualifying individuals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with each interaction, internal and external
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs, and conduct work in accordance with our Quality Assurance Department standards
  • Become an expert on our clients' products, services, sales processes, and new technology
  • Track, analyze, and manage sales projections on a daily and weekly basis
  • Report sales activity with our Quality Assurance Department to target any issues and drive business growth and improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Experience in a customer-facing, high-energy environment is required
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excitement working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
