About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our expanding Solar Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering in-person presentations to potential customers to showcase the benefits of solar energy.

Your primary objective will be to establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to meet set sales targets. You will also be required to educate potential customers on the advantages and positive impacts of transitioning to solar energy.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service. Demonstrating integrity and high motivation in all interactions is essential. Proficiency in establishing strong relationships, active listening, and effectively handling objections is also required.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and impactfully. A positive attitude and enjoyment in engaging with others are preferred.
