We are seeking a skilled and courteous Server Associate to join our team at Thrive Senior Living. As a Server Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining and table services to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to residents and guests in our dining rooms and designated areas.
  • Take meal and beverage orders, and serve requested items according to established guidelines.
  • Assist residents with menu selections and respond to questions about menu items.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health in the dining areas.
  • Perform opening and closing checklist criteria, and complete side work duties as assigned.
  • Participate in team efforts to ensure a positive dining experience for all residents and guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

The Server Associate will work in a fast-paced dining environment, interacting with residents, guests, and colleagues. The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
