At Arosa, we are committed to providing exceptional in-home care, and we are looking for a dedicated Per Diem LPN to join our team. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on nursing care in clients' homes.
- Perform wound care and catheterizations.
- Conduct blood draws and administer medications.
- Set up and refill medication boxes.
- Change PIV/PICC dressings.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:
- Conducting assessments and supervisory visits.
- Participating in employee evaluations.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid license.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required.
- Proficiency in computer skills is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience as an LPN.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
