LPN - Full Time Nursing Position

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Surgery Partners, Inc. as a full-time nursing professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments via telephone triage to identify needs and develop effective care plans, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Administer medications, including injections, and document patient records accurately and efficiently, adhering to established nursing policies and procedures.
  • Identify and address patient education needs, providing clear and concise instruction to promote health and wellness, and support patients in achieving their health goals.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being, and maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to established nursing policies and procedures, and ensuring seamless communication with healthcare teams.
  • Facilitate the smooth flow of patients, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and physicians, and promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing, with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
  • Active state license to practice as an LPN, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare facility, with a preference for PreOp ophthalmology experience, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • CPR Certification, with a focus on maintaining current certifications and staying up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and guidelines.
