As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will provide one-on-one care to children in the comfort of their own homes, utilizing your clinical expertise to create a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, including nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, and ventilation care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and industry developments
