Sales Team Lead

Portables, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, seeks a seasoned Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Retail Sales Manager, you will:
- Represent the company in a professional manner, setting the tone for our sales team's behavior and performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
- Coach and train sales team members to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, inventory management, and loss prevention measures.
- Conduct regular employee reviews, meetings, and training sessions to ensure team members are equipped to meet sales goals and company expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of wireless sales management experience and 3-4 years of wireless sales experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve maximum results.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
