Key Responsibilities
1. **Timely Review and Validation**: Ensure chargebacks are accurately processed within a 3-5 day timeframe using the Model N Flex system.
2. **Error Resolution**: Investigate and resolve chargeback discrepancies, collaborating with wholesalers to maintain effective communication.
3. **Data Analysis**: Conduct thorough analyses of accounts to identify trends and report findings to management, contributing to informed decision-making.
4. **Client Interaction**: Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal departments, facilitating communication and addressing inquiries related to chargebacks.
5. **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, providing insights into error trends and collaborating on solutions.
6. **Audit Support**: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring all claims are thoroughly investigated and documented.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate or pharmaceutical environment, particularly in finance, accounting, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Model N Flex is advantageous.
