We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Worker to join our team at IBS Services, LLC. As a Service Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors, as well as cleaning bathrooms, windows, and common public areas.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including floor care machines and motorized equipment.
- Identify and report any damage or areas in need of repair, and assist in organizing supplies and equipment.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, following instructions and working to a set schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment and using safety signs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; one year of janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Physical stamina to spend long hours on feet, lifting medium to heavy equipment, and working in a variety of settings.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Employees may experience physical demands during their work shift, including standing and walking, bending and kneeling, and exposure to wind, rain, cold, and heat.
COVID vaccination or documented exemption required; background check and drug test also required.
