Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
  • Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
Qualifications:
  • Dedicated to customer service and able to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should be licensed in PROPERTY AND CASUALTY or be able to pass Pa. State Licenses for property and casualty and life/health.
