Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff to resolve equipment issues and improve production efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce downtime
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and production staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year industrial electronics course or equivalent experience preferred
- Two to three years of related experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights, with regular exposure to noise and hazardous materials
