Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Factory Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff to resolve equipment issues and improve production efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce downtime
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and production staff
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year industrial electronics course or equivalent experience preferred
  • Two to three years of related experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to read and interpret technical documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights, with regular exposure to noise and hazardous materials
