Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Hardware Engineer to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative hardware solutions for our fire alarm products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop analog and digital hardware for new fire alarm products and support existing product lines
  • Develop embedded system designs, small signal and instrumentation circuitry, switch mode power supplies, and front panel user interfaces
  • Research new technologies to be used within our products
  • Collaborate with firmware/software teams to define and implement firmware, drivers, and algorithms
Requirements
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 6+ years of experience in electronics design related to analog, power, audio, or embedded products/systems
  • Discrete electronic component-level knowledge and experience
  • Experience with electronic CAD (schematic capture, circuit simulation, or related)
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment that spans multiple countries
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of end-to-end integrated product development experience
  • Experience on fire and safety-related products design/development and applicable standards
  • Systems-level engineering experience with complex integrated electromechanical assemblies
