Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, negotiate, and administer DoD contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other government regulations.
  • Identify potential contractual issues, analyze impact/ramifications, and work with Program Management, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve problems.
  • Develop subcontract solicitations, including Requests for Information, Requests for Quotes, and Requests for Proposals.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and administer non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and independent consulting agreements.
  • Compile and maintain all required contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and Company policies and procedures.
  • Initiate and execute closeout activities in accordance with company close-out procedures for delivery order, contract, and subcontract closeouts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Contract Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with Department of Defense contracts.
  • Professional certifications (Certified Federal Contracts Manager or Certified Professional Contracts Manager) desirable.
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition laws and regulations: FAR, DFARS, GSAR.
  • Experience with GSA contracts is required.
  • Word, Excel, and PowerPoint competence is essential.
