Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Hardware and Software Support: Install, maintain, and upgrade workstation and peripheral hardware and software.
  • Problem Resolution: Respond to and resolve workstation, application, and server-related problems.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation on installed applications and troubleshoot office-related equipment and applications.
  • User Assistance: Provide users with assistance in working with specific applications and maintain/troubleshoot office-related equipment and applications.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of job-related experience.
  • Hours/Days: Monday – Friday / 8am-5pm (Full-time).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Windows Experience: Experience with Windows operating system and software.
  • Help Desk Experience: Experience with help desk software and processes.
  • Account Management: Experience with account creation, password resets, and setting permissions.
  • Secure VTC Calls: Experience with supporting secure video conferencing calls.
  • Software Patching and Upgrades: Experience with software patching and upgrades.
  • System Hardening: Experience with system hardening and producing RMF documentation.
  • STIGs: Experience with STIGs and data transfers.
  • System Deployments: Experience with system deployments, including hardware, operating system, and software installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
