Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in all company operations, creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
  • Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for clients and team members.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for team members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve their daily performance.
  • Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other salon director functions, ensuring seamless operations and maximum efficiency.
  • Assist the salon director in controlling top-line revenue and expenses, driving business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • College education preferred but not required.
  • Management and/or sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, with a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business.
