Knight Electric Inc is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our commercial electrical projects. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of electrical scopes across projects, including planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of all electrical personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute electrical scopes across projects, including planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of all electrical personnel.
- Forecast and plan manpower for assigned scopes of work to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate work with client representatives and communicate needs to the KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations.
- Conduct jobsite safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines.
- Compile and submit project reporting documents, including daily logs, timesheets, manpower forecasts, testing logs, and project closeout documents.
- Ensure compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
- Consistently complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- At least six (6) years' experience in the electrical industry, commercial retail preferred.
- Ability to run medium-size projects (4-10 electricians).
- Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
