About the Role

Regal Rexnord is seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team in motion control solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to drive the production process forward.

Responsibilities

  1. Repair and wax molds for surface imperfections to ensure optimal product quality.
  2. Efficiently move and position mold sections using lift tables to maximize production throughput.
  3. Apply a thin layer of wax to mold sections to facilitate the removal of molded couplings from cast molds.
  4. Lift upper mold sections from lower sections and carefully remove molded parts to prevent damage.
  5. Conduct thorough visual inspections to ensure the quality of our products.
  6. Distribute molded parts to designated bins in the saw department to maintain a smooth production process.
  7. Accurately cast molding materials into molds using automated equipment to meet production demands.
  8. Monitor temperature levels and other critical aspects of automated casting equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar production role is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to document and record basic information accurately.
  • Basic problem-solving skills with knowledge of standard solutions.

Physical Demands

  • A 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime as needed.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and stretching.
  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 35 pounds at a time, with assistance up to 50 pounds.
