- Plan and conduct daily huddles to drive team performance.
- Maintain accurate staff records, including training records and performance data.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and customers.
- Communicate consumer and competitor insights to inform business decisions.
- Deliver food and labor targets while ensuring compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals.
- Understand and implement the Food Framework to drive menu development and labor standards.
- Estimate accurate food consumption and requisition supplies as needed.
- Ensure correct equipment operation and maintenance.
- Comply with Aramark's SAFE food, occupational, and environmental safety policies.
- At least 2 years' experience in a related field.
- 0-2 years' experience in a management role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
