Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure food offerings align with our Executional Framework.
  • Implement consistent standards and techniques in food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage and train kitchen employees to ensure high-quality service.
  • Mentor employees to develop a shared understanding of goals and objectives.
  • Plan and conduct daily huddles to drive team performance.
  • Maintain accurate staff records, including training records and performance data.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and customers.
  • Communicate consumer and competitor insights to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver food and labor targets while ensuring compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals.
  • Understand and implement the Food Framework to drive menu development and labor standards.
  • Estimate accurate food consumption and requisition supplies as needed.
  • Ensure correct equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Comply with Aramark's SAFE food, occupational, and environmental safety policies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • 0-2 years' experience in a management role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
