About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at EagleBank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing cash and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Resolve basic service issues by maintaining a working knowledge of bank products and services, referring complex requests to colleagues or departments as needed.
  • Proactively and reactively contact clients to identify additional banking needs, strengthening client relationships and meeting cross-sell goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client problem resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of cash handling experience.
  • 2 years of experience in platform/opening/servicing/closing accounts or equivalent internal EagleBank branch banking.
  • Knowledge of platform and teller system.
  • Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of deposit products and services.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office products.
