Assembly Technician

Bray Controls is seeking a skilled Product Assembler to join our team. As a Product Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality industrial valves, actuators, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently complete mechanical assemblies of industrial valves, actuators, and accessories
- Follow instructions on sales orders and work orders
- Maintain a healthy and clean work environment
- Follow company safety production policies and procedures
- Adapt to change and new situations
- Permanent work authorization for the USA required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two plus years' experience with manufacturing light assembly
- Must have experience with hand tools (torque wrenches, air impact wrenches)
- Must possess strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Must adhere by safety policies and maintain a safe work station
- Must be driven with a sense of responsibility and accountability
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Highly dependable and flexible
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate within a team environment
- Ability to read, speak, and write English and follow both written and verbal instructions
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Available to work overtime hours including Saturday's as needed
- Previous experience assembling and pressure-testing valves
- Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams
- Experience with bending stainless steel and/or copper tubing
- Stand-up Reach Truck experience
- Knowledgeable on computers
- Possesses critical thinking skills
