Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Front End Customer Service Team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gathering shopping carts and picking up garbage
  • Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling
  • Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans
  • Offer additional service during inclement weather
