Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement

At Cantex Continuing Care Network, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Reimbursement to lead our clinical reimbursement strategies and ensure our facilities are reimbursed accurately and fairly. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of reimbursement, including PDPM, revenue cycle management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reimbursement strategies that support the organization's quality measure goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of clinical reimbursement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure precise and optimized PDPM reimbursement across all facilities by providing expert guidance, training, and support to MDS Coordinators and clinical staff.
- Stay ahead of industry changes and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS guidelines.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with managed care organizations, securing the best possible terms and conditions for our facilities.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions that enhance reimbursement outcomes and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in clinical reimbursement within the skilled nursing industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in PDPM, revenue cycle management, managed care contracting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and achieving exceptional results.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions to meet organizational benchmarks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
