Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance staff across multiple shifts, including recruitment, performance feedback, and staff development.
  • Provide training to personnel as necessary.
  • Develop both short-term and long-term plans for preventative and predictive maintenance of facilities and machinery.
  • Implementing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies is essential for this role.
  • Schedule work assignments for maintenance technicians and communicate expectations clearly.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance and repair operations.
  • Order parts and supplies while coordinating with other departments to minimize production downtime.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Experience with mechanical or conveyor systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Prior managerial experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing multiple vendors.
  • Ability to maintain positive client relationships consistently.
  • Capable of effectively handling both administrative and mechanical tasks.
  • Prioritizes safety at all times.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, along with a solid understanding of data analysis software tools.
