We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Service Specialist to join our team at DynaFire Inc. As a Fire Sprinkler Service Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting fire sprinkler inspections and services to a wide range of clients with various applications of fire protection systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform fire sprinkler inspections and services to ensure compliance with NFPA 25 and NFPA 72 standards.
- Schedule inspections with clients and build strong working relationships with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure timely completion of scope of work.
- Understand and apply NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24, and 25 standards.
- File electronic copies of completed paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to after-hours service calls.
- Inform management of any job-related issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with Service Sales Representatives (SSRs) to provide sales leads, change order opportunities, and fire sprinkler sales information.
- Learn to perform basic troubleshooting on fire alarms and silencing beeping panels.
- Comply with all DynaFire policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Acquire and maintain required equipment on the tool list.
- Participate in training classes to grow professionally and increase knowledge of the industry.
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in fire sprinkler service
- FASA certification
- Back-flow certification
- NICET Level II or equivalent in water-based systems
- Proficient in office hardware and software tools used by DynaFire
- Fluent in back-flow, wet system, dry system, fire pump, fire pump controller, and alarm device terminology as well as troubleshooting procedures
