Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team at DynaFire Inc. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our fire sprinkler systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service fire sprinkler systems to meet the highest quality standards.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
  • Respond to client service-related issues in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and AHJs.
  • Interpret shop and contract drawings to ensure accurate scope of work.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Train clients on proper use of equipment and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, including NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24, and 25.
  • Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in fire sprinkler service
  • FASA certification
  • NICET Level I or equivalent in water-based systems within 24 months from date of hire
  • Proficient in office hardware and software tools used by DynaFire
  • Fluent in back-flow, wet system, dry system, fire pump, fire pump controller, and alarm device terminology
