Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing project Quality Assurance Plans and implementing procedures that conform to contract requirements. You will also provide an independent assessment of how the project's software and hardware development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommend methods to optimize the organization's process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance Plans and procedures that conform to contract requirements.
  • Conduct audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment for various IT projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An accredited Bachelor's degree with six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
  • Familiarity with commonly used tools, concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • A U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Active security clearance preferred.
