Job Description:
The Store Leadership Development Position will provide an opportunity for a high-potential individual to develop their leadership skills and advance their career in a dynamic and growing company. This role involves supporting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a Toppers Pizza restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in supervising hourly employees and achieving sales and profit objectives.
- Develop and implement sales growth initiatives, including marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and employee performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
