About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Assistant to support our team at Teguar Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient processing of sales orders, managing inventory, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and fulfill sales orders to customer specifications, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products, to meet customer demands and minimize stockouts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Technical Services, to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or supply chain role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of successful problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
