Job Title: Store Clerk

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food, and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. We are seeking a part-time Store Clerk to join our team in Missoula, MT.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, treating customers professionally and assisting with inquiries and transactions.
  • Operate a cash register, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Organize and display products in a visually appealing manner, ensuring easy customer access.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management, tracking stock levels, and ordering merchandise as needed.
  • Monitor store activity to prevent loss and ensure a secure environment.
  • Participate in display preparation and promotional activities to drive sales and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods.
