About the Role

Sun River Health is seeking a skilled Nutritionist to join our team at our Spring Valley location. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert nutrition counseling to patients referred by clinicians, developing and implementing personalized care plans to promote optimal health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial nutrition assessments and develop comprehensive care plans for patients
  • Provide personalized nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices to inform your work
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in nutrition counseling or a related field
  • RD/RDN and CDN certification with a valid CPR card
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
