Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices and standards of care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Document patient care and outcomes accurately and thoroughly, using electronic health records and other documentation tools.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed to practice in the state where work is being performed.
  • Meet contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses.
  • Ability to critically think and problem-solve in routine and emergency situations.
