Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience. As a skilled nursing professional, you will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the maintenance of health and prevention of illness.
- Medication Administration: Demonstrate proficiency in the administration of medication and treatment as prescribed by physicians, dentists, or advanced registered nurse practitioners.
- Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information in the chart and clinical documentation system.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to plan and deliver care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in unit-based quality improvement activities to positively impact patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed to practice in the state where work is being performed.
- Credentials: Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses.
- Experience: Successful completion of preceptorship and orientation to the facility and clinical area.
