Your Responsibilities:

The cleanliness of our accommodations is vital to ensuring guests return and recommend our establishment. Housekeepers play a crucial role in this aspect, contributing significantly to the overall guest experience.

We seek individuals with a keen eye for detail to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will create memorable experiences for our guests through meticulous attention to detail in preparing and maintaining guest rooms.

This position is integral to our operations, providing essential services that allow guests to relax and enjoy their stay. A dedicated housekeeping team can elevate a guest's experience from satisfactory to exceptional.

Career Advancement:

Experienced housekeepers have the potential to advance into supervisory or management roles, such as Housekeeping Supervisors, Managers, or even Executive Housekeepers.

Key Duties Include:

  • Engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Keeping work areas organized and well-stocked
  • Utilizing equipment and supplies effectively
  • Ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas
  • Changing and inspecting linens and towels in accordance with established standards
  • Practicing safety protocols and reporting hazards
  • Respecting guest property at all times
  • Caring for equipment responsibly
  • Maintaining punctuality and accurate time records
  • Remaining alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and colleagues
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic literacy skills for reading room numbers and instructions
  • Physical capability to navigate tight spaces and lift up to 25 lbs
