We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at A Community of Friends. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our supportive housing communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall operation of assigned property, ensuring effective fiscal, physical, and social soundness.
- Oversee administration, facilities, compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, and marketing for the property.
- Foster a healthy community life for tenants by working closely with services staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent; BA degree or two years' experience in affordable housing and management.
- Minimum two years of property management experience, with preferred experience in LIHTC, HUD, and/or HOME program.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- General knowledge of property management software (RealPage, etc.).
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work with people who have experienced homelessness, and possess a strong understanding of individuals with a range of disabilities. This is a full-time position that requires living on-site (for buildings with 16 or more units). The salary for this role is approximately $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
