Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining profitability and achieving operational goals.
  • Oversee personnel management, standards, and expectations, including training and development.
  • Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including safety, security, inventory, and accountability.
  • Set operational missions for the branch and monitor activities to achieve goals and standards.
  • Assist with mentorship, coaching, and development of Department Managers, annual performance reviews, promotions, and other applicable actions.
  • Maintain communication with corporate partners and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements:
  • 4 years' experience in management and operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse, retail, or mass merchandising beneficial.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
  • Understanding of profit/loss, inventory control, hiring/training, payroll, security/loss prevention.
  • Strong customer service and satisfaction mentality, able to adapt and address challenges.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $55K-$65K, with a reasonable first-year W2 of $70K-$90K or more.
  • Annual bonus ranging 20-40% of base salary based on performance milestones.
  • Flexible shift hours, including Saturday shifts as needed.
