Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care in a safe and secure environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Lead and mentor other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
- Coordinate and delegate care to ensure efficient and effective patient outcomes
- Current license to practice as an RN in Florida
- Minimum of 3 years acute care nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited instructor
