About Wilson Farm

Wilson Farm has been a trusted name in the community since 1884. Our customers shop with us for our highly regarded bakery, grocery selections, fresh produce, prepared foods, beautiful flowers and plants, and courteous staff.

We are seeking a full-time Floral Sales Associate to join our team in a bright and cheerful environment. This position starts at $18.00/hour and is not a designing position.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with questions and selecting floral bouquets or arrangements
* Refresh flower buckets with water solution and additional bouquets
* Maintain displays throughout the shift inside and outside
* Learn our closing protocols for the floral retail sales floor
* Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Requirements

* Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
* Ability to deliver information in a clear and concise manner
* Detail-oriented and have pride in finished work
* Excellent communication skills

Work Schedule

* Full-time (40+ hours/week), in-person work at Lexington location
* Will be a mix of weekdays, weekend, and holiday days
* Holiday periods may require more hours and flexibility in schedule
