Audiology Specialist

Job Description:We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Audiology Resident. In this role, you'll work closely with patients across a wide range of ages, from newborns to seniors, to assess and treat hearing-related issues. You'll also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans that meet each patient's unique needs.
As an Audiology Resident, you'll have the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, including ABR (Auditory Brainstem Response) testing, and interact with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers to find the best solution for each patient. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for making a difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' hearing abilities using ABR testing and other diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with patients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Bachelor's degree in Audiology or related field required.
- Current enrollment in an audiology program or recent completion of a residency program preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment a must.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
- Production bonuses based on performance.
