Position Summary:
Soliant is in search of a committed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support our skilled team. In this capacity, you will collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential therapy services that positively impact students' communication abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services to students.
  • Execute treatment plans aimed at addressing speech and language challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and records.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions for students.
  • Work in conjunction with educators and other school personnel to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.
  • Possession of a valid SLPA license or certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a school environment is advantageous.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and aiding their development.
