Job Summary:
The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, and ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
- Oversee production, preparation, and customer relations, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage restaurant maintenance and repair, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
- Manage financial resources, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the Chick-fil-A Operator to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
