Customer Care Voice Associate

Job Description:
At NTT DATA, we strive to deliver exceptional service to our clients. As a Health Insurance Benefits Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support for their health insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer member inquiries regarding health insurance benefits, eligibility, and claim status.
- Support less experienced team members and handle escalated issues.
- Interact with clients and internal departments to resolve issues.
- Organize and complete tasks according to assigned priorities.
- Focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
- Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes performed by the team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service.
- 3+ years of experience that required a knowledge of healthcare insurance policy concepts.
- 3+ years of experience in a professional/office-related role that required effective communication with internal team members and external customers.
- 3+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
