As a Behavioral Therapist, you will utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to assist children with Autism and related developmental challenges in various environments, including home, clinic, and educational settings.

Your responsibilities will include implementing behavior modification strategies through one-on-one therapy, electronically collecting data, facilitating parent training, and collaborating with team members to deliver invaluable services to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • Execute individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs
  • Gather data to assess the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Assist the BCBA in training families on the implementation of treatment plans
  • Engage in team meetings and training workshops
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for clients
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of STEPS Behavioral Health, LLC

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children facing behavioral challenges
  • High school diploma
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible full-time and part-time schedules
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science or related field
  • At least one year of clinical experience with pediatric populations
  • Experience in ABA
