Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard work and methodologies around inventory management, receiving, equipment, linen, and mail to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
  • Report any issues or special situations to leadership, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Utilize standard processes within CIMS and Peoplesoft to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve non-complex situations involving technology, customers, staff, and other supply chain management personnel, consulting with manager as needed.
  • Perform daily activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Assist level one manager with special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ensure support of MDI and daily huddles, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Maintain local data integrity in Peoplesoft and CIMS, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Maintain the ability to respond quickly under pressure when problems arise, demonstrating composure and professionalism.
  • Complete other duties as assigned, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a willingness to learn and grow.
