Job Overview:

At ARM, we are seeking an experienced technical lead to support our SOC design functions. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical operations, defining design infrastructure, process, and policy to achieve maximum operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Execution:
    • Drive product definition process during the product concept phase of the program.
    • Manage architecture changes process throughout the product development leading to production tapeout.
    • Operateally drive architecture bug burndown to meet milestone exit requirements.
  • Functional Support:
    • Manage LOB and customer engagements.
    • Manage power and performance modeling for various configuration requests from stakeholders.
    • Manage architecture resources planning process to achieve maximum operational efficiency for the committed projects and product roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's and above degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering with a strong computer architecture and data analytics background.
  • Technically strong in SOC design concepts, including chassis elements such as clock/power/limits management, debug, profiling, security & access control, RAS, fault-monitoring & aggregation.
  • Proven track record of managing large complex SOC product definition with teams internally and partners.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Experienced in managing SOC power and performance simulations under various configurations at different phases of the SOC development.
Compensation:
