Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and grow customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute account and sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage risk and return on investment, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure business success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community and industry leaders.
  • Develop and coach team members to achieve individual goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • University/college degree required; higher education desirable.
  • 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate risk, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
