Job Summary:
As a Preschool Lead Teacher at Baptist Health, you will be responsible for creating a safe and enriching environment for children enrolled in our program. You will also participate in leadership of the BH Preschool, ensuring that our young learners receive the highest quality education and care.

Responsibilities:
• Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise and mentor early childhood education staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, ensuring that our program meets the highest standards.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; five or more years of experience in early childhood education with a CDA or higher degree, or 10 years of experience in childcare with no degree requirement.
• Advanced knowledge of DHS policies and Arkansas Early Childhood Education Early Learning Standards.

Work Schedule:
This position will be authorized for 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
