Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality childcare services to children aged [insert age range]
- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities to promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment with Baptist Health's early childhood education standards and policies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Five or more years of experience in early childhood education, with a CDA or higher degree
- Or 10 years of childcare experience with no degree requirement
- Advanced knowledge of DHS policies and Arkansas Early Childhood Education Early Learning Standards
Working Hours:
80.00 hours bi-weekly
