  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment with Baptist Health's early childhood education standards and policies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Five or more years of experience in early childhood education, with a CDA or higher degree
  • Or 10 years of childcare experience with no degree requirement
  • Advanced knowledge of DHS policies and Arkansas Early Childhood Education Early Learning Standards

Working Hours:

80.00 hours bi-weekly
