  • Process Transactions: Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities to cross-sell our products and services to members and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of transactions, including balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with members and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to accurately process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and financial management software.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
